Finally, it ended with Anna Bligh begging voters to not vote them out too badly. It was quite frankly embarrassing to see the leader of our state beg for us to vote for the ALP only to prevent the LNP from winning everything
AWTA, would've almost been better off not running a campaign at all. The last set of ads with them begging for votes was just comical.

It's amazing to think they might end up with as few as 6 seats in an 89 seat Parliament though. It'll be interesting to see who they put up in the South-Brisbane by-election now that Anna has quit as well, odds on it being Fraser?

Barnaby Joyce in the lower house to try and become deputy PM? Hmmm. Not sure I approve. Although it does mean that Julie Bishop would lose the job that she has had since Brendan Nelson was the leader of the Libs.

Julie Bishop wouldn't be Deputy PM anyway. That job goes to the "leader" of the Nats.

Barnaby, a heartbeat from the Lodge......

Clearly his problem is that the ring came off his pudding can, and no one offered him their pen knife.

Yeah I saw the ads pleading with voters not to give the Libs too much power and thought "Right, so they've officially given up".

I think the first think Campbell should do is stop referring to his team as the 'Can Do' team. He'll sound like less of a tosser and then he can get on with doing other stuff.

Yeah Piers is up to his apricots in the liberal party isn't he? I think he might be the result of John Howard having a love affair with a bloodhound.
