It's a well known fact that in industry circles Wayne Swann is a joke.

Colleague of mine's last job was high up in finances in the Dept of Agriculture, and everytime they had meetings with Swann they basically had to tell him to be quiet and let the big boys speak because he was an embarrassment.

Can't believe we went from Costello to that muppet.
