Good to see you on board with Lawson, the man needs 6 months stress leave.

Just another reason why the Government's policy on immigration stinks imo.

Real whiff of xenophobia about this one

Then again, I'd probably stink too if I sailed all the way around the world in a leaky boat

Tone got his truck license over the break, do expect a lot more fluoro vests this year. Started by delivering a load of melons for Qld and saying "It's great to help rebuild
    Queensland"*.

    He'll be gone by September.

Makes a nice change from delivering lemons I suppose.

Written by my uncle (well, not by blood but essentially).

Eight funerals in 13 days | Article | The Punch

People critising his article are sorta missing the point; it's not an article which is trying to suggest practical solutions, it's a plaintive attention-getter. Tauto's well-connected (ran for Grey as a Labor candidate, was ATSIC zone comissioner for SA years ago, etc.) so if there's one bloke who knows whether Nungas are part of the political conversation behind the scenes, it's him. Definitely not an advocate of just more government spending either, has a bent toward stronger evidence for policy. Not at all popular in some Aboriginal circles for that.

Andrew Wilkie, a good good man of principle, has sensationally withdrawn his support for the Gillard Government
