Thought all the speeches at the dinner were good.

Unquestionably the day's highlight was after the welcome at parliament house Tim Mathieson wandering around out the front and being asked by reporters what he was doing. He said he couldn't get a car to take him back to The Lodge owing to security, so he walked home.

Only in Australia. Brilliant.

Haha we're terrible at super tight security. It's just not something that comes naturally to us.

It was hilarious. If you get a chance to see it, please do.

Just the nonchalant way he chatted to reporters about it then choofed off. Gold.

Back in my day, if you were a male hair dresser walking the streets you'd get bashed in the blink of an eye.

But more importantly, what is the government going to do about 47 all out?

Matho, what a legend.

Invited McNamaras into the Lodge. We're taking over Australia, deal with it.
