No I wholeheartedly agree with Burgey. I just found it funny the way he expressed his two views there.

Will be made official tomorrow morning. Well deserved too, as the rest of the world goes to the ****ter, and we keep on keeping on.

It's an award that some economics magazine awards annually.

The reasons for the award are set out in the Euro Money article I think.

It does suck when reality jars perception and established mantra. Said it before and again, the stimulus packages worked, because they targeted the right things at the right time.

It kills people to say it, bit when the rest of the world Is in the ****ter, we look a pack of ****wits with the way we complain. 5% unemployment, 3% inflation, low interest rates, tiny
Debt/ GDP ratio, strong currency, well placed within Asia, the biggest grow region in the world.

Imagine if Costello hadn't sold all our gold at $300 per ounce. We would still have a surplus!

Reckon it's time to let up on the derpy derp.

Greg Jericho had a pop at QT on The Drum today:

Ordure, Mr Speaker, ordure. Let's call the whole thing off - The Drum Opinion - Here's an idea: let's get rid of it. Kill Question Time. Who would care? (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)

I'm sure I can remember after 2010 election the Independents were calling for a more 'friendly' parliament and both sides agreed, only for us to end up with a quite fiery one.
