Hadn't completed the wolf of wall street.

    Amazing movie. Absolutely top class.

Was surprised it wasn't rated X though.
And smalishah's avatar is the most classy one by far Jan certainly echoes the sentiments of CW

Yeah we don't crap in the first world; most of us would actually have no idea what that was emanating from Ajmal's backside. Why isn't it roses and rainbows like what happens here? PEWS's retort to Ganeshran on Daemon's picture depicting Ajmal's excreta

If you haven't seen a documentary called "The Imposter", you should make it a top priority to do so. Here's the plot summary: "A 13-year-old boy who vanished in Texas and shows up three years later in Spain now has the same tattoos, but looks different and speaks with an accent". It is absolutely riveting and half way through the documentary the "story" you thought you were watching completely changes focus and shocks you with a dark possibility. Can't recommend it enough.

Anyone who hasn't watched this, do it now. Rarely has anything been such an emotional roller coaster to watch. The fact that I knew nothing about the case made the sucker punch incredible

It was great. I couldn't get into the TV show - watched the first season, but it never quite grabbed me. But I really enjoyed the movie.

Those who haven't followed the TV Series won't really enjoy the V Mars film as much.

I know it's a film thread but I would highly recommend binge watching the show.

The film was good and I enjoyed it, but it wasn't as good as the TV Show. Maybe it's nostalgia.

I agree. I enjoyed the movie but thought it could have been done a lot better. If I wasn't a massive fan of the show I think I would have hated the movie.

I really wanted Veronica to spill Madison Sinclairs secret. Shame they missed out on that. Would have loved to see Madison's face (she probably wouldn't have understood anyway).

Watched Catching Fire last night. Really enjoyed the first Hunger Games film, but didn't really think much of this. It was almost a scene for scene remake of the first (i.e. Here we are in the slums, here we are parading around in our fancy clothes/being interviewed, here we are running around in the woods, some people get killed etc...)

The twist at the end was good/interesting, but felt tacked on. Why spend so much time dealing with all the running around in the woods and all that other crap only to pay so little attention to what was ultimately the most important part of the entire film?

And Hoffman is dead. Will they re-cast his role for the 3rd(heard filming had already begun) or are they going to use cg?

Saw Noah...amazing movie. Crowe was brilliant and the casting all round was perfect IMO. Obviously different from the biblical tale but really poignant all the same. Aronofsky didn't disappoint.

I will never forget the 'creation' scene...it was just majestic and beautiful. I want to see it again!
