Saw Cabin in the woods. Really great film and kept me guessing throughout.

Saw Dredd last night. With the exception of the scene where that guy's head explodes in slow motion, I thought it was excellent. A real pity it's done so poorly at the box office.

Yesterday I saw one of the most amazing, sad, hopeful, shocking, beautiful movies ever. I remember ranting about how good the Namesake was and how it affected me...this film did arguably more so. It is a documentary. I first want to say that I hope no one looks for a review or trailer of this film and goes to see it first. I will warn you that it is an incredible ride emotionally and some may dislike movies such as this. The name of the movie is Dear Zachary: A Letter to a Son About His Father. There is a review online, of which I will only post the first bit, so you kind of understand what I mean:

Dear Zachary is one messed-up mother****ing documentary, people. And the less you know about it, perhaps, the better. Or maybe not. I knew nothing about it going in, and made the mistake of forcing Mrs. Pajiba-hyphenate to watch it with me. Within 11 minutes, she was sobbing, begging me to turn it off. Before I could find the remote, however, she’d been sucked back into an all-too engrossing story of a man’s freakish, tragic murder. But by minute 32, Mrs. Pajiba-hyphenate was inconsolable but transfixed, watching the next 45 minutes of the documentary with bleary, tear-filled eyes. Before the documentary ended, those tears turned to silent shock. And, for the both of us, it was perhaps the first time we’d ever been completely paralyzed by a film. It is an experience unlike almost any other, and your emotions will run the gamut, from sadness, to pride, to despair, to anger, to ache, and to complete disbelief, and unbelievable, mess-you-the-**** up shock.
I think there'll sooner be another Bradman than another Warne. - Gidgeon Haigh

[Warne is] the greatest bowler ever produced in this entire world - Muttiah Muralidaran

[Warne is] the greatest bowler of all time - Glenn McGrath

In my opinion Shane Warne is the greatest cricketer who's ever lived - Ian Botham

Warne is the greatest cricketer to pick up a ball ever.
And is the greatest bowler I have ever laid eyes on. - Brian Lara

Yeah we don't crap in the first world; most of us would actually have no idea what that was emanating from Ajmal's backside. Why isn't it roses and rainbows like what happens here? PEWS's retort to Ganeshran on Daemon's picture depicting Ajmal's excreta
