Have seen it. Not the greatest movie ever but enjoyed the concept and the movie overall.

I know this belongs in the Bollywood thread, but man I just saw Rang De Basanti for the second time and loved it even more than the first time I watched it. An absolute gem of a movie, and it doesn't need to be said that Aamir Khan is a genius.

Saw Bienvenue Chez les Ch'tis (Welcome to the Land of the Ch'tis/Welcome to Ch'ti Country) recently, the most popular French film in years and certainly deserving of it. Really fantastic heartwarming comedy about a guy who is transferred to the North of France for two years as a punishment for lying to try and get a promotion, having lived in the South all his life. Basically in France the people of the South see the North as unbearably cold and absurdly backward, and this film makes light of that stereotype in often hilarious ways. It also manages to do so while painting the North in a very positive light. Particularly relevant film for me given that I live in the North this year - although I'm not in the precise region the film is set in (Nord-Pas-de-Calais), I'm close enough to know exactly what it's talking about. 9.5/10
I want to see the Ben Stein movie. He loosely relates to my personality.
