Murphy's joining the CW XI couldn't have come at a worse time for him. His apparent disregard for continuity in his policies may lose him the vote of the man in the street. And this big shift to the left may be seen as a brave and progressive move by some, but could be interpreted as turning his back on his traditional conservative anti-CW XI supporters, and he may lose their backing, also.

I'm looking forward to seeing the re-formation of the three major voting blocs from the previous Battle. It may be that certain influential individuals have changed parties, or that the parties have new defacto leaders. Who can say? It is the majesty of the political beast in full flight.
