    Your daily physical activities!!!!!

I am doing good now a days . I play tape cricket with my friends once a week and some times twice . I bowl about 10 overs each day (when I play ) with full run up and all .. Every day I have some sort of an exercise schedule . I start up with this machine which is called Ab tucker ... Then I do sit ups to warm up and I have different weight training every day e.g. One day entirely for chest , One day for arms and one day for legs . I do simple routines and I do not lift heavier weights e.g. I only lift about 110 lbs for the bench press (otherwise I can lift way more than that) . And I end up the routine with the same old crunches .And in the morning almost every day I walk for about 30 minutes or so ..
    Good aint it ?

Sometimes I use the shift key on the right hand side because it's slightly further away than the left hand one.
    Cheers, thanks.
    Have a good day.

How exactly do you perform this exercise exactly ?
I do one but that is for the forearms I mean I lift a dumbling bar by making my forearms sit still on the bench . letting lose my wrists and then lifting the weight just by the power of hands . It works trust me

oh so you were jokin initialy ok !!!!

Curling and flying are one of the simplest and the most rewarding exercises. And hey Running is what a young person has to do . A good one hour routine is essential for a healthy life . I mean a person's every day routine should have atleast some sort of an exercise. Your overall performance at job increases . You feel strong and you feel good and energetic. Exercise is the only remedy to get rid of the bad habbits like smoking and all that . I mean the smokers should try some sort of a competitive sport and intialy when they will feel the heat in the lungs then they themself will realize that quitting is better . A person's blood flow to the different parts of the body increases ........................
These are my two cents about the exercise.
    A simple physical strength test
    1. Try to perform situps and do'em as fast as you can and if you cant get pass 35 without a break then it means you need some fitness training immediately .
    2. Try to do the enclined push ups and if you cannot get to the 20 mark without taking a break then you need to get something to be done immediately .

I cannot run. I have no legs.

Well I do, but I have compartment syndrome, which gives me rather intense pain in the shins after a few hundred metres.

Try to walk then . Try to walk as much as possible. I used to take bus or cab if I was like 2-3 km away from my destination . I dont do that any more. I walk now and that is the best thing. Running is never easy for a starter.
And in the previous post I stated two physical tests . Trust me if you can pass em then it means that you are ok to go .

I was smoking a pack every day , then I started exercising regularly and I also started playing cricket once again and I felt as if I have no strength left in me due to smoking . I felt like fainting after bowling 3-4 overs or so and I felt as if I was over weight too . I went over 195 and I am almost 5 ft-11in tall . I used zayban (prescription drug ) for a week or so (which is helpful ) and then suddenly i just quit smoking once for all and now I am totaly smoke and Alcohol free (almost) .Now my weight is less than 180 . Now I can bowl 10 overs and actually I have a good run up and I can bowl at a decent pace (with the tape ball hehe) .
