    CW Nostalgia Thread

Due to certain circumstances, Off Topic has become quite dull of late. I got me thinking of times when things were much simpler, much more relaxed, when you could post away without a care in the world. I thought of all the great times we've had on this forum and how things just ain't the way they used to be. So this thread is an opportunity to recount the tales of the past and reminisce of better days.

To kick things off, us TFers will never forget The Cushion Cake Incident. A scandal of gigantic proportions, Sean Bennett's actions have gone down in the history books as one of the most foolish posts of all time. Hats off to you, Bennett.

    Now get crackin'!

Pretty hard to go past the LOD vs Milkshakers battle.

And then there's psxpro's spree of threadmaking, including the monumental 'What do you do with girls?,' 'please post your stomach's pics,' 'Why Wear clothes?,' and of course, 'Kyle Mills better than Bradman??'

    This does it for me.

    Also Casson's array of Guides.

As was this, and especially these times.

To be honest, I've missed nibbs. He's the pressure valve that kept us all going, and kept OT moderately exciting during periods of downtime.

I take it this is all becuase of the thread closer by Neil a couple of days now.

FYI, of the past 150 threads created in Off Topic, only six of them have been closed. That's 4%.

I wasn't meaning to have a dig at anyone. I was just rambling on in cliches as an opening to this thread, you know the way your grandmother tells you it was better when girls wore skirts below their knees and how those were the days. Good times.

That's still one in every 25 - or one per page.

I think thats true for CC also. I mentioned it a few days back and I was told this is because there isnt enough cricket around. I am not so sure.

    This needs serious thought.
