    Ford Swaps 30-Year Anniversary Retirement Packages With...........a Certificate

    Needless to say I'm hoping that everyone who sues Ford over this wins hansomely and that they take the compensation money out of the pensions of the executives who thought making redundant a bunch of workers approaching their 30-year anniversary (denying their benefits) was a great way to save a buck.

    I swear, I struggle to think of another example of such treatment of long-term employees (well, other than just firing them....).
