Not too hot for us, around 30 degrees Celcius, I'd suppose.

Indian heat is different to other forms of heat.. 40 degree's in India is humid as hell and you lose buckets of water..

A lot different to dry heat.. Using temperature in celcius alone is misleading..

Around New Year's, I'd say it'd be around 25 deg C. It's probably the best time to go to Goa.

The place where I study is 200 kms from goa and is on the same coast line. During new year the temperature is around 25-30 degrees celcius. It is a bit hot in the afternoon but extremely pleasent in the afternoon and cold during the morning and night time. Winds keep on blowing throughout the day.

Do come to goa. It is a really nice place with lots of previliges for tourists. It has got a cool culture and is certainly a place whose memories occupy a prominent area in the mind.
