I doubt Zlatan currently would make much of an impression in Serie B.
Sounds perfect for Real Madrid then.

Expect Fabio Capello to start the upcoming season with a formation not seen since the 1890s when defending was a poor man's job with the 2-2-6. Presumeably either Cicinho or Roberto Carlos are the other defender with Fabio Cannavaro, and Julio Baptisa to partner Emerson in midfield, but for them to go forward will give you the 1-1-8 formation

As for Cruz, I think he would be a perfect backup to Adriano, Toni, and Martins. But I would get rid of Alvaro Recoba, he should join his mate Christian Vieri at Sampdoria.

Inter have pretty much wrapped up the transfer of Patrick Vieria.

This will rank alonside the signings of Christian Vieri, and Ronaldo, and more recently Luis Figo in the Massimo Moratti area.

pretty good signing for inter, pleased to see him end up there rather than back in england, but then that was never likely anyway, only problem for inter now is that they have rather a lot of midfield players....might have some disgruntled figures if they all dont get a go in the side.

I think David Pizzaro will now be sold or could be used in an exchange for Luca Toni plus Julio Cruz (not that it has been reported I'm just guessing and it would make sense if that were to happen). I know Pizzaro has been a long time signing for Roma, and it wouldn't be a step down for him and it would be a like for like signing. Santiago Solari could as be another, and I think they have his replacement in mind with Maxwell, but I think Solari wants to return to Spain.

Although I'm not to sure what Cesar will offer them...
