I'm guessing they're trying to win the public vote with the free train travel.

Without wanting to be too on-topic or controversial, I actually think there's a valid argument for both lowering the age of consent, and changing the emphasis of punishment in combatting child ****ography.
Obviously actual child abuse is a crime of the highest order and should be treated as such, but there's a level of absurdity in the suggestion that a 15 year old is not reasonably capable of making the decision to have a consentual sexual relationship, in many cases at least. The lowering of the age of consent to a level where there was more certainty about the criminal nature of the act (say 12, for instance) is a reasonable suggestion, and of course when something falls into the grey area and does not involve actual consent, action can still be taken. At the very least, the suggestion that there should be more flexibility in the law is a good one, though I don't think it warrants its own political party, or necessarily a great deal of political attention at all. It's a fringe issue, but a valid one, and this lot and associated freaks like NAMBLA are not the only ones who have raised it. Solid arguments also come from more reputable sources. As far as child ****ography goes, my main issue lies in the fact that someone can (as I understand it) be criminally prosecuted for simply possessing illegal material. If you compare it to, say, a snuff film (where someone is killed), the suggestion that someone who purchased or downloaded such a film was a criminal who was supporting murder is somewhat absurd, while obviously the person who did the killing could indeed have been a murderer. The same thing goes for child ****ography. Someone who purchases it might well be royally ****ed in the head, but I don't think they are necessarily a criminal, while someone who produces it certainly is. Arresting someone for owning something that someone else made illegally is the wrong way to go about it, even if it might be practically effective at slowing the industry. At the very least, I don't think it should be an issue worthy of criminal prosecution, or considered a sex crime. The bestiality and free train travel things are beyond the pale, however.
