Best Movie/TV Theme Tunes

For mine, it's gotta be Ghostbusters, followed by Star Wars and Team America.

Favourite TV was probably The HitchHikers Guide to the Galaxy, originally a radio theme of course. I did like There's a lot of it About , so funny, Spike Milligan involved I think. Mr Rossi was ace too. Movie-wise John Barry was always a favourite, The Lion in Winter is up there.

I can't think of anything obviously better atm either - i'll have to wait for other people to do more suggestions and then i'll go ahh yeah.

Futurama is pretty good - but it's not B&S level.

EDIT: Actually The IT Crowd - whatever you think of the programme - the intro music could be used as a proper song.

"Woke Up This Morning", The Sopranos' theme is quality, by the Alabama 3 IIRC. I also love MOTD's theme & "Soul Limbo" by Booker T & the MGs aka the BBC's cricket theme.

All time fav tho is The Liberty Bell March by Souza, better know as the Monty Python theme.
