I can quite safely say that neither sex has a clue about the other. I think that somes up the whole situation pretty well!

Anyway, who'd want to know everything about the opposite sex? Dating'd be a bit boring if we did, would it not?
We don't complicate things at all. Give us an example?

I'm not naming names, but there are guys who over-complicate things & girls who just don't have a clue. You can't pigeonhole everyone.

    COME ON YOU BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You mean just in the "feeling out" *cue naughty smiley* stages, or you think that's the case when you've been married 10 years?

Personally, I wouldn't have too much of a problem going out with a girl who was taller than me. Might have a fair bit to do with the fact that I have aunts who are taller than their husbands, it's not such a foreign idea.

As opposed to the other times when you're a boyfriend...

EDIT: And the sentence following the bolded one is a cack-fest too.

Well, I've never been married for 10 years, , but I think it's the case in general. I tend to ignore advice from others about anything to do with a girl I might be interested in because I don't trust someone who puts themselves forward as an expert on the subject; and I never tell anyone else everything about the situation so there's no way they'd be able to view it from the same position as me. I prefer to stuff things up on my own

I think after 10 years you know a lot about the person you're married to, but I have no idea whether that clears things up from a male/female perspective in general...
