I'd really love to donate but unfortunately I can't.

USD$763.42

Donations have slowed down, very very rapidly.. As I thought, the bulk of the donations would come in the first three days and it would flatline from there..

I'm thinking of wrapping up the funds and making the final transfer on Friday. Obviously, I'll see how it goes for the rest of this week..

And when you see the fee, it only applies to credit card transactions. As it does with any merchant. If you use your bank account or make a Paypal to Paypal transfer, 100% of the funds will get across..

$763 is still an excellent acheivement. Considering this is for someone that no-one here actually 'knew' I think it says a great deal about the generousity of the two cricketing communities.

Ok donations are still going, but I've run into a little problem with getting the funds to Fardin's parents..

I asked his family friend for his bank account details and I received the following response,

"Apart from Fardin, no one in the family knows how to use the internet, and it will be difficult to explain it to his dad as there is a language barrier. Can you please send a check thru Paypal ? If yes, please make it payable to .."

The only way I can send a cheque, is if I transfer the money to someone in the USA and they send Fardin's parents a cheque..

Would anyone be willing to have the money transferred to them and make a cheque out to Fardin's parents?

It's the only way I can think of to avoid 19 refunds and a lost of wasted time..

Thanks Sanz, those donations would've been to no avail if you hadn't volunteered.
