I think 3 weeks should be adequate.. But it will depend on the number of donations received..

It may be cut down to 2 weeks if no-one donates for a week.. I'm pretty sure most people who wish to, or can donate will have done so within a week..

But I'll just see how things go, play it by ear..

I'm not sure if you can pay by your bank account from India.. My money would be on a no..

They just recently introduced bank account funding for Australia..

Access to someone elses card (with their permission, of course) is probably the best thing I can suggest..

I will see if I can get someone else at the US or somewhere to pay for me. I have an account with a bank with which I can do online transfers, so hopefully somebody can make a donation on my behalf and I will transfer money to their account. Anyone willing, plz email me....
