And i didn't even know him
they guy loved cricket so much, its just really shocking and tragic when someone so young passes away.
It's just so tragic. I feel quite numb. All that potential gone in a flash.
My thoughts go to his family, can hardly imagine what they must be feeling like.
- As featured in The Independent.
"Predictably, the ending of his international career did not end the argument about Pietersen's merits, as an army of informed commentators and Piers Morgan weighed in to defend or attack him."
- The Guardian's Andrew Anthony
No way... i didnt really know him that well but its so sad.. gonna miss the guy

Really makes you think about life and stuff!!!!!

Because anyone with a heart feels sad when a young life is taken that doesn't deserve to be taken?
Really tragic news there - I can't quite believe it. We used to make fun of him from time to time, but we all knew he was a really good guy at heart, and clearly he was a very talented cricketer. A huge shock. Thoughts are with his family. RIP.
