It's gut wrenching stuff especially if you read about his upbringing and what he experienced in his life so young, my thoughts are with his family, R.I.P.

Thats shocking. Terrible for the family and I really hope they are not saddled with massive medical expenses in addition to their loss and heartache.

I am an ex-member of the Northen California cricketing community and it is obvious that he was well respected and liked by an impressive number of people which makes his passing at a young age even more upsetting.

Thoughts and regards to the family

I smile when I think all the trouble we used to have with Fardin at Planetcricket and how we just couldn't bring ourselves to ban him permanently but kept giving him more chances because he was just such a energetic and engaging personality.
When he won most improved member this time a year ago it was truely deserved. He was a lovely guy with huge potential.
My thoughts at this desperately sad time are with his friends and family. I suggest that people take a look at this thread as well as they may wish to help in some way.
    RIP Fardin.

    ...just...wow...
Sreesanth said, "Next ball he was beaten and I said, 'is this the King Charles Lara? Who is this impostor, moving around nervously? I should have kept my mouth shut for the next ball - mind you, it was a length ball - Lara just pulled it over the church beyond the boundary! He is a true legend."
