TrackMania - Nations (A free multiplayer game)
Hi all
Wondering if any of you are into the fun and massively addictive game by Nadeo, Track Mania nations..Its a kind of stunt like racer game, that is massively multiplayer, easy to use, and best of all its TOTALLY FREE! You compete for a nation and you go head to head in races online.. Think the Frogs are in the lead at the moment.. I (Langeveldt are ranked about 50,000th out of 400,000), its huge! Australia are about 20th, GB are about 15th and SA are 46th. There are 68 nations to represent in total, each with their own cars The game comes with a track editor as well (most of the online competitions are on tracks people have made). If you have the original version of TrackMania, you can also make and share cars.. You don't need a hugely good computer to run it, just ADSL, the file for download is 200 megs, that puts you through to a simple installer, and thats it, you are in http://www.trackmanianations.com/indexUk.php You can download the full version at the link above, let me know if you come on!

Got into it at work - we try to play over the network at lunchtimes.
Also play at home - does anyone have a server game set up?

Downloaded it and had a bit of a look. It's pretty good fun indeed, certainly worth the download time for a free game.

Rich, I've tried downloading him three times, but it keeps messing up for some reason? Downloads quite slowly aswell.

Right my msn is rhingston at hotmail dot com, if anyones on line with TM nations running, just MSN me and we'll get a server going..
I think you go to "Internet" and then click on RSA which should be on the second page of nations, and the server will be called www.cricketweb.net.. Failing that try looking at the GBR servers.. It won't be a dedicated server so you have to tell me when you want me to run it The password is: Igor (if you are asked for one) Last edited by Langeveldt; 22-03-2006 at 08:45 AM. |

Oh, and a random question to you all..
Shall I make the server private (only cricketweb), or public? (anyone can play) Obviously private will be a bit more exclusive, just for us, but you will have more people racing on the public server |
