Anyone with a broad musical taste, I need your help.

There's this song i've been after for years, only i've only ever heard it on adverts or TV shows, with no name or anything to go by, only little 30 second clips in my head. Thanks to the wonders of the internet and *******ing, I finally have something to go by, an actual clip of the song, recorded from top gear. There's speaking over it, but you can hear it. If ANYONE at all can give me any clue or idea as to what it is, I will love you for the rest of time, seriously.I know it's not a fat lot to go by, but it's the closest i've come in about 5 years.

I can't download the file,but it's not Jessica by the Allman Brothers is it?
