    I've never understood the point to giving someone "two thousand consecutive life sentences!". Just to make the offender aware that they're going to die in jail? Uh, I think they get the picture with ONE life sentence.

    I just get Dr Evil in my head saying "The defendent, a fricken' idiot, has been sentenced to..... *loud trumpets* one MILLION years in prison!" The whole thing is that comical to me.
