    lets talk about friends

well...me personally, i have a wide range of friends, these all span about three different groups. There are the school friends, then the other school friends, and then the out of school friends. These all consist of both male and females and i believe a balance between the two is healthy. Then there is the girlfriend, a positive aspect to have in ones life. I enjoy having friends, as they make days like this more tolerable.

How many friends do you have ?
    what are they like ?
    what do you do ?

im thrilled at the prospect of finding out.

I would have to say the same sledger, although the majority of my friends are all in one group at school, and then just have a few outside school, although alas i do not always have as much time to spend with them.
i agree that a balance between male and female is important, as probably about 40/50% of my groupd of close friends are female. i would also think that a girlfriend would be a very positive aspect to have in ones life, although am not altogether bothered at my lack of one at this present moment in time.

Got a lot of them, but I only really see a select few these days, having left school this summer. Made a lot of new ones at university, most of which have been female actually, which is a little unusual for me. Very varied mix though - my old school friends range from a guy who is now studying English at Cambridge, to a guy who was six years old when his father committed suicide and who now wants to be a tennis coach, to a guy who used to play semi-pro football, but had to go to university because his contract ran out and he didn't want to get a proper job; my Uni friends range from a half-Indian, half-Malaysian bloke from Basingstoke who supports Arsenal and pretends to be a gangsta, to a girl from Swindon who plays ladies' football for Wiltshire and got "Girl of the Match" playing for the Uni team today.

    I'm a cosmopolitan kinda guy.

It wasn't a cricket player. When, if at all it peaked is a matter of opinion and certainly not as matter of fact as you state. It's all the same to me - good harmless humour with some lovely ladies thrown in to boot.
