    Worst own goal ever

    Peter Enckleman, take a bow!

In the eyes of the six so called Columbian fans in the World Cup in 1994 in the USA Columbian player Escobar's own goal was the worst....they proved it by firing 12 shots at him as he left the stadium after the game

Poor guy .... although his goal DID prevent Columbia from going into the second round it shouldn't warrant a soul being lost because of such a silly reason.

It was back in Colombia outside a night club, and they weren't fans but drug barons' henchmen. The cartels lost a LOT of money on the early exit.
