birthday cards...

I'm going to two barbeques tonight. the first one is for my good friend Adam's birthday. I have picked out a card. It has lots of pretty flowers all over it. now I'm thinking this is a hilarious way to counter cards that are intended to be funny, but aren't. instead Adam will see the card covered in flowers and is bound to lol for a moment or two. not sure what to get him tbh. i'm thinking $20

Don't listen to that lunacy Kurt. A poor student should never have to spend $50 on a birthday present. I've never spent more than $50 on a present in my life. Especially not this year where I've had to go to like 20 21st ffs.

My friends and I don't even get each other birthday gifts anymore, rarely cards either, the exception being our 21sts, where we all got each other pretty swell gifts.
