I used to think this aswell, but then once you get used to it it becomes really nice. The key to it is to go to a party, and run out of things to get ****ed up on and drink it as a last resort. Then you get used to it.

Myself, I kinda like Cascade, which is a Tassie beer. Apparently (according to the bottle - I'm drinking one right now) it's the oldest brewery in Australia.

I also don't mind Carlton - Fosters actually isn't too bad, though I don't drink it often. I tend to stay away from the Vitamin B. My favorite beer is a Heineken - although I have to say I haven't sampled a hell of a lot of importeds.

They are funny, but I disapprove of the tagline: "You do the football, we'll do the beer". You can't even get the beer right, so we def ain't letting you loose on our national sport!

Whiskey and Cognac make me sick.. Hate the taste of them.. I don't think it's about the alcohol percentage because I can take 50% Vodka.. But how people can enjoy those, I have no idea..

Whiskey's only bearable when it's mixed with coke..

Cascade's probably the best of the lights.. Don't mind Sterlings though..

Can't stand Light Ice.. Amazes me how people drink that..

Guinness is beautiful.. Especially when you get the "Extra Cold" version from certain pubs. A freshly poured Guinness is heaven (and a meal) in a glass..

The next best thing is Kilkenny Draught.. mmmm.. I love the Irish..
