Having some work published!
I found out today that one of the poems i entered in a competition is going to be published in a book... im really excited about it... i cant wait til the end of November when the book is published
![]() My school wants me to continue with my creative writing and see where it takes me... my mom is really exciting shes calling everyone saying "Sams getting work published!" She even said that when we were in town to complete strangers, which was totally embarrassing lol

Hey, nice! Having attempted it once or twice, I know how hard it is to get poetry just right

I hope it wasn't a poem on Randall.
Congrats, though. I've started writing for a magazine recently. Two of my articles got printed, and I was paid Rs. 600 for them. I've got three more in the waiting list, which will earn me Rs. 900, plus one more which I'll be working on this weekend.

Well done. It's always satisfying to get a piece of work published - and that feeling never fades either.

One of the articles was on Pattaya, Thailand, while the other on my dorm mess. The three I've lined up are on my college's facilities, a shopping area and The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. |
