Icon5 Tight Situation....! Help a Bruddah..

mm..it would be great if i could have an opinion on my situation currently cause its pretty tight .. my minds already made up and sits on one side of the board (most people that know me well now, will know which side after readin below).. but if some of the good people in here could give me some solid opinions.. i could be sure that either i should go ahead with it.. or not at all now (which could have its problems)..

Okay to keep it brief and ill try and keep it clean uhh.... There is the drop gorgeous/hot girl (18yrs) at my work.. and i had to get to know her more to get to the later stages.. now it started well and some healthy flirting turned into more heated flirting.. and some of the people at work tell me she likes me and that shes keen to go on a date.. Co incidently she happens to my bosses sister.. now me and my boss are real tight , as i give him a lotta respect cause hes a great boss and real cool and he gives me respect aswell and probably treats me real well among a few cause we always have great conversations etc..

Now the 3 problems to this situation is..

If i refuse to go on a date with her/go out with her.. id be really stupid because shes hot and shes seems the kinda girl that would give a lotta love (if you catch my drift) plus she might think i am uptight or i find a fault in her to refuse her, and shes got the 2nd highest authority at my work being the bosses sister .. so if i refused her i could be in for some tough treatment at work.

2nd problem..If i did agree with her.. Then im more than sure id be in a bad situation with the boss..i mean its not a case of "oh if they like each other let em be" but because its his own sister.. and it becomes work invovled aswell then.. And the superb working relationship i have with my boss could plummet, maybe making life tough.

3rd Problem ... there is another fine girl (17yrs) at work.. and im in the healthy flirting stage with her aswell.. and i wouldnt mind goin out with her at all either.. but if i did.. i would probably get a lotta heat from the bosses sister because i refused her and went with this girl instead.

Now 2nd problem is just a heavy assumption im making.. im not 100% sure that is going to happen.. but im anticipating it will.. its all about stayin 1 step ahead of the game.

Now What do i do..

Go for none is not an option in my books..

This may sound ridiculous, but this is what i would do man. If ya really like this 18 year old bird and you wanna go out with her, ask your boss if its sweet with him first. He'll say yes for sure, (judging by what youve said, he's a cool guy) and he'll think so much more highly of you then if its a 'behind his back' type of thing. You dont have to tell this chick that you asked her bro, but if she does find out, she'll like you even more.

Thats my opinion, but im a chump when it comes to these types of things.

If you are going career in that company ( ie, you plan on staying with them long term), remember rule # 1 : Never dip your pen in the company ink.

Trial and Error..

Try one girl, if you don't like her then tell her you have herpes and move on to the next one

Simple.

Trust me, i know what i am talking about.
"Been there, done that" lets just leave it at that.

The boss maybe cool with it NOW but you dont know if he is gonna be cool with it 'later' and you become a part of family problems. Not to mention, you can pretty much garantee that the boss will turn into the devil incarnate in 99% cases should you break up with his lil sis.

If you really like her that much, i suggest you ask her out and then find a new job. Else yer chances of getting the 'shaft' from both directions are pretty damn high.

Thats a very good way to force yourself to celebacy in real life.
Saying you got the herpes is like saying you MAY have AIDS. you are entering her 'i hate him eternally and will create a voodoo doll in his name then butcher it ' territorry.

Exactly what i was going to say.. i had thought about this.. and although benchie made a good opinion.. this is the problem that arises after that.. i might be judged for every little mistake after that..
Damn it findin a new job.. hmm.. im lazy.. i get free pizza here regularly.. all my co-workers are great (except for 2 but thats a minority case) .. its flexible with my uni timings.. couple of hot girls..

ahh..i think im makin it harder for myself..

Spot on, if the boss is as cool as he sounds, he shouldn't go ape on you even if you split up with the girl in question (as long as you treat her well)

I'm in a similar situation, what with the girl i'm after's auntie (who she lives) with being my boss! Small world..
