Battle of CW members - all in good fun
Okay I think we can have such a battle like the battle of the bands and tv shows without flame wars. Qualification requirements 500/900/1000 posts?
If mods are not against the idea I think it would be good fun. What say? |

One thing is regarding seedings. I think it may be a good idea to have 16 or 32 seeds like in actual grandslams. Or is it best I just have chits and draw out randomly whoever comes up for the matchups? I think the second option is a bit tricky/may lead to early eliminations but also exciting matchups coming up totally randomly which may not happen if we go for a seeds system. Also the voting should be done on the basis of thoughts/posts of the member on the forum and not on CW over all. If we go for overall, James has no competition as he has created CW and we wouldnt have the forum/site without him and he rightly would win handsdown. Opinions? |

there are a couple of stand outs, like Andre, Rich2001, James and Eddie, they are all the most popular and one of those would probably win regardless of te criteria...
128 is far too many, any interesting way of doing it could be with 96 members and having the first round match ups as 3 way battles so then theres only 32 left for the 2nd round and then they becoming one vs one battles. |
