ATTN: The Lovely Citizens of Perth

I come bearing a mutually beneficial proposition. You see, I will be making my return to our fair state next year, and in order to live there I must find tenants to share a property. There are four bedrooms, with room for up to five people (I will be living on the property but not in the house.

The reason I come making this offer here first is because there would be no struggle for control of the remote.

The house itself is located in Ferndale, just 5 minutes from Westfield Carousel and numerous other amenities.

Here's my favourite part: at the moment, the rent is only $260 a fortnight, which between four people would come to $65 a fortnight.

Yes, it is still early days, but if you are interested in finding a fun, relaxing place to live in early next year, contact me at onakasukima****a @ hotmail.com

Regular parties and BBQs will be mandatory.

I'd love to Cass, but there's one problem. I'm in Melbourne.

Um. Ever heard of cars? And re: Carousel. You can walk there.. Which is handy as theres a rather cute pub there.
Meanwhile, I live around the corner with my dad.
