Icon6 Lets Talk About Cars... Yeaah...

Well first of all ive got limited knowledge on doing up a car.. but it be great to learn from the talk in here.. what kinds of cars do people have here, what have they done on mods to it.. or what are they plannin to do to it.. how much does it clock to 100ks.. or what are they saving up to buy..( dont tell me a merc or bmw.. thats everyones dream )
Hows the drags scene in your town.. etc etc..
Ive got a pretty good knowledge on car sounds.. which is one of my stress points if anyone has a car..
I know a lot about Dave aka Aust_hitmans car.. and what hes planning to do to it.. hes got a real nice baby in his hands..

Oh for the other people who just have standard/custom cars with no mods (inc sounds) at all and have no intentions either.. i dont hate.. after all a cars a car.. and its better than walkin or catchin the bus.. and if its urs.. well even better.. its better than gettin dropped or picked up from a party by your mum..

You need to remove the seat

And i have a super doopa N reg Vauxhall Corsa....
ITs super because its free (its mums, she pays everything on it, but i drive it all the time)

It's also a sh*t heap.... the doors are bent (from people breaking in by bending the doors back.... least they dont smash the glass), the glove box is selotaped up (from someone busting the lock on it when it was broken into), theres mcdonalds wrappers everywhere, it perenially smells like someones smokin pot in the back (i dont smoke.... weeeeeellllll, mebbie on special occasions )

The the lovely MP3-CD player makes the car

I'd take a picture but its filthy.... I put it through the car wash last week n all (bear in mind the doors are knackered so i got kinda soaked)... but i park it under a tree (its trees everywhere before anyone comments to park somewhere else!), so all the sap drips off onto it overnight, making it yukky the next day....

This is my current ride:

Seriously, I drive a Honda Ascot Innova (child in photo not included):

I just see a car as something to get from A to B. This cost me $5500, and gets me to Dunedin and Christchurch and back.

Why isn't the child included?

Would be great to attach him to one of the windscreen wipers - clear it a lot quicker!

Some rubbish about child exploitation. Never heard the same thing said about Emmanuel Lewis:

or James Harries:

I don't own a car just yet. People at work tried to convicne me to buy a car and I have my best mate on my back about it, even though he doesn't have one either - think he is looking for somewhere to get a ride from.

I intend to buy before the end of the year. I'm saving towards the $10,000AUD mark which be in about two months time in which I will use the money to invest and buy a half decent car and have some cash left over.
