Brushing teeth
How many times do you brush your teeth per day and what tooth brush and have as ur dentist ever nutted up at you for bad brushing

Bad experiences...I usually do 2 per day

ah i understand, well despite that i still manage to understand, and its twice a day and i cant remember the last time i change the head of my electric toothbrush im ashamed to say

4 times a day.. I have a sugary diet and don't want to end up with awful teeth

Nah they aren't.. Yellow if anything (massive coffee drinker), although I don't smoke so they aren't too bad

Haha me too bro.. im a massive coffee drinker.. maybe not as bad as you.. and lately ive added milo to my coffee for the extra kick..
