    Computer help

    When I wasnt home my young brother,Opened the file "add or remove programes"he has removed some of the stuff but he doesnt know what he removed now all of a sudden every thing seems huge,The internet screen looks twice as big as it was when the before the removing incident happend,

    For exampled the writings look huge the screens look huge every looks really big,

    I have no idea how to fix this,
    please if any one knows that is the problem helf me,

    now cricket 2004 doesnt run it use to run before this happened,but now I get error

    "Unable to initliaze"
    Bob is very insane stay away from him

    click on the desktop properties and change your pixels, that might fix it.

    change your pixels, sounds like they have been altered and everything has done big, you can do that by opening the desktop properties.

    but how come the game doesnt run?

    did he remove some of the files that are required to make it work ? like direct x or something ?

    Change your display settings - set the resolution to 1024 x 768 or similar.

    If that doesn't work, the likelihood is that your graphics driver has been removed, in which case you *should* have it on CD that came with the machine. Else, if you know what card you have, you can get one online.

    I checked it dxdiag and it hasnt been removed

    but I think he has removed the video driver or something.

    dont let him touch the comp again then, removing such programs isnt a great idea, unless you know what you are doing, which your brother doesnt seem to...

    ok neil thanks for advice I have installed the graphic driver back in and every thing seems good,

    thanks sledger and neil pickup,Thank god I had the cd restore.

    good on you CP.. its always good to have the backup/restore files in a safe place.. and as for your lil bro make sure he doesnt do that or tell him he shouldnt mess with the system files/programs to create such mess in the future
