kurt, you did the right thing by asking about this issue on internet

i don't think you should fart in front of your girlfriend. it's about tact, it's about respect - respect for girlfriend and respect for yourself

Depends how long you've been going out for. First 6 months, I'd say hold it in, after that you can 'let your hair down' a little bit and let 'em rip. Girlfriend and I have been going out for 3 1/2 years, and neither of us hesitate in letting one go, wherever we are, it is often a good way to get the remote control back after you've been watching Big Brother or some other crappy show for almost 1/2 hour.

    I'm Green

The color of immortality, nature and envy - you are truly a unique person. While clearly the color of nature, you also symbolize rebirth, fertility and hope in the world. On the other side of the spectrum, a natural aptitude to money with green coming to signify money and possibly even *********!

I've got no problem with it. It isn't disgusting by any means, and is a natural human thing - we all do it, so why hide it?

No. But farting and Pooing arenot the same thing.

I suppose we should we all stop caughing and sneezing and picking our noses in front of our partners too?

i was simply pointing out the fallacy in your "it's a natural human thing" argument

No, you didn't. Two completely different circumstances.

Yes, but unless in New Zealand people wear nappies for their entire lives they should be using separate rooms to conduct that sort of business.

I'd pee in front of my partner, but pooping is probably a little too far. I have no problem with farting either, unless I've eaten something that may have enhanced the odour.
