    Cafeine pills

You guys and girls taken them before..... what effect have u had with them. Did they improve performance if taken before a sport or exam? If u guys have taken it please tell me your experience with them. They are currently a big issue in Australia atm. Personally i have taken them before an exam and i found that they help u concentrate.

WE have something called Pro-Plus in the UK, which I think it pumped full of cafeine...just made me jittery..although that said, I did take 8 whilst working after having no sleep for two nights

I used to take em a lotta times , because i would always go out on a fri night.. and i made sure i was feeling more than 100% on a saturday for club cricket and 1st XI.. i dont get hangovers so that isint so bad.. but i still get the lazy feeling if i didnt take any of those caffeine pills.. they just helped me concentrate and keep alert better.. ive also taken em to work after a huge night out.. or before a party if i had work before and was feelin tired.. its been a good friend overall.. although i dont suggest people under 17 take it that regularly..

the problem is caffeine, if you take it loads, can make you feel pretty rough when you stop taking it.,,,

It makes you p*** more as well, so is not advisable to help you with sports.

Also, of of my mates has suffered from pretty major panic attacks, and doctors have pinpointed it down to caffeine intake. He stopped drinking coffee, and his attacks went.

Also....I doubt that these tablets do actually improve concentration during something like an exam. You would be better off just getting a decent nights kip the night before

Caffeine itself doesn't make you urinate more...caffeinated drinks may do so, but only about the same as drinking water would affect you.

    Another tip:

If you get caught by the authorities with them (if they become illegal), just tell them your mum gave them to you to help you lose weight.
