fastest mile

last night i ran a mile in 4:58, which was awesome cause it's always been my dream to run a sub 5 minute mile. steve prefontaine once ran a 3:54 mile. some day i'd like to emulate him, although i've got a long way to go yet

Maybe one day... just ask your mum to go sohpping for you. Just a few added "suplements" to your diet and you could break it quite easily!

No, he can't do that, she'd not buy him any coke and we'd have another "major" crisis on our hands.

Marc, the malevolence toward some of our forum members is getting tiresome.

Seniority isn't a license to be an @ss.

What's the point of every thread? For people to discuss whatever they want, and that's what nibbs is doing.

My peacock has lost all it's feathers - I'm really disappointed - I think I ought to start a thread about it.
