What's more, posting doesn't damage your health; drinking does.

Nah i went a week without looking at a computer screen and my eyes starting really hurting, had to have a full 12 stint at my dingy lap top screen to set them right again.

I've spent the best part of the last 14 years or so in front of a screen TBH. Mum used to discourage me initially, but not for a loooooooooooong time now.

I might pay for it eventually, of course, but I think the phrase "it was worth it" couldn't really be more appropos if you tried.

Same here, good 8 hours at least at work, then on here at night, if not this then watchin the telly.

Eyes have always been bad, its the pain in the wrist thats worrying me.
