In the winter, I did a lot of weight training, bought myself a set of weights, and did 40-100 situps a day, a lot of reps with the weights and went for a run every day..

One of the problems is I have had to give up work on the Pec Dec because I have a double jointed shoulder which keeps dislocating (popped out while i was playing a cover drive a few weeks ago).. Another problem is badminton, cricket and work taking all my time up.. So I basically don't follow a regime any more.. Especially with my shoulder issues..

I thoroughly recommend it, if you are serious about it.. No sissying around, keeping fit makes you feel very good inside..

I go to the gym for an hour twice a week, if I get a rowing machine in the garage (I do 15 minutes on it at the gym, don't bother with the bikes - they seem almost useless) I dare say I'll get a lot fitter a lot faster.

My parents have a gym back home at their house which I used to frequent on a regular basis and still do occasionally when I go back for a few days. At one point I managed to consistently run 2 miles in 12 minutes which isn't too shabby. Far too lazy to join a gym here though.

I do 40 situps a day and 50 pushups a day. Sometimes go for a run but I often just don't get around to it, I should do more often.

its winter here now as you may know, im trying to get for at the moment, go down do some exercise for about 20-30 mins than do some running, never been much of a runner though, dont like it much. do that about twice a week, go for a 10k bike ride once a week and play tennis every week. try and do something else once as well. ohh and i walk down to the train station to go to work once or twice a week as well (20 mins).

Riding 20k's on my mountie every day to/from work and do about 50k's on the weekend (usually in one ride). Play netball on Monday's and dragon boating twice a week (if you want a way to make your shoulders, chest and arms just explode, do that!).

I shed a sh*tbin of weight of exercise bikes only.
