    Egg Whites

    If I only eat the white part of eggs. like 3 a day will i get muscly without going to the gym?
    Cause egg whites have heaps of protein.

    The yellow park of the eggs have too much colestrol and fat, so to get muscly i need ot eat the whites?

    your not gonna grow your muscles unless you work on them, what you eat has much less to do with it

    Too true. Far too many people think they can change their body dramatically without rising from their dials. If you want to bulk up, or slim down, then hit the gym.

    No, the yolks have an extremely high concentration of proteins. The whites are where egg whites store most of the carbs in eggs (albeit, low-level).

    But yeah, the general consensus is right; to lose or gain weight, you have to do the work.

    Here's a great breakfast for people to give a go if they want;

    100g linseeds
    100g sunflower seeds
    100g pumpkin seeds
    400g rolled oats

    Mix all of those together and leave them soaking in rice milk overnight (just enough to cover the mix). in the morning add;

    75g brazil nuts
    100g blanched almonds
    100g walnuts

    You get about two week's breakfast there (if you split the initial mixture and two and add rice milk to half one week and half the other week because otherwise the rice milk goes off). I still add a bit of honey but after a while, you won't need it. Everyone give it a go and let me know how you go!

    You people are wrong. Egg whites have way more protien than the yolk.
    Yolk only has fat and colestrol.
    It even says on body building dot com about that.
    Also Muscles are made in the kitchen more than the gym.
    what you eat is more important than gym.

    Anyway I lift boxes at home and do pushups to get muscles.

    What? How old are you?...

    Man, you can't get buff by only eating egg whites, period. Apparently push ups don't do much either...

    And lifting boxes? That's a brilliant idea, if you're hoping to strain a muscle in your back. You need to work specific muscles, hence weight machines and various exercises with dumbells and barbells. Lifting boxes and eating egg whites will not get you muscles, trust me on this one.

    Listen to Rob, the guys a tank.

    Psx, lifting boxes will build your muscles, but there's too much of a risk of hurting youself. Do specific weights, while eating eggs in the morning (although more then 4 eggs a week is too much). Doing pushups won't build your muscles, but they will really tone what you have, so keep doing them.

    I dunno. He looks a bit too top heavy and hand-drawn to pose too much of a problem.
