My computer is effected by spyware help!

When ever i login into internet,some weird stuff gets into my computer like download movies download music and then sex stuff and all that,Anything That i can download for free to solve this thing,Giving me websites to provide information and download will help me truly.

Cricket player.. Google "Mozilla" and download that browser.. Ends all your worries because it does not allow popups and bullsh** (well most of them unless you re format or get Zone Alarm or PC-Cillin)

Use Mozilla rather than Internet Explorer and check your computer with Ad-Aware and Spybot at monthly intervals. Also consider downloading the Microsoft Anti-Spyware Potion.
