hmmm last i heard shanghai was more 16-20 million, roughly the same as australia. of course maybe that word agglomerations changes the meaning completely, but i dont know what it means.

I love it when the populations go the last digit, ie instead of 278 million it's 278,058,881 - spurious accuracy if ever there was. Probably had numerous additions and deletions to that figure in the time it takes for <insert renowned CW idiot here> to look up what spurious means.
