Goodbye Grandma

I've just had quite posible the worst day ever. Went to my dads friday night. Get woken up at 1:30am and must pack and go straight to the hospital. My grandma, who had kidney problems, suddenly got really bad. All our family stays in the room with her until 8:30 am. She passes away in her sleep. This feeling is horrible. ****ing horrible.

Really sad to hear Buddhmaster. I had a similar experience myself. Got woken up one morning to find out she had gone. It's tough to make sense of it; to know that she's not going to be there anymore.

Really sorry to hear that BM. It's never easy to lose a loved one. My thoughts with you & yours.

I lost my nan in january, although it was a happy release in a way for mine. She had mid-stage Alzheimer's & lung cancer, so dying peacefully in her sleep was the best we could hope for.
