Highest: 47 degrees C, which is 117 degrees F - It was in Baroda itself, a couple of summers back... Summers here are terrible.

Lowest: -17 degrees C, which is 1 degree F - It was in Jungfraujoch, Switzerland - the highest railway station in the whole world.

Highest was low 40 celsius in death valley, california, usa where the humidity was in the 90% region, intense. Coldest would have to be the scottish highlands at least -10% one winter time, was indoors most of the time thankfully.

I was outdoors when it was -17 degrees C.

Although, TBH, I don't find much difference after it reaches the minus. -5 or -15, it all feels the same.

Ooops, must be the highest railway station in Europe then, at almost 12,000 feet.

You should come here and see the difference. Every frigging drop in the temp is felt here.

Not really. I was in Chicago a few winters back. Exactly the same feeling. Definite difference between 5 and -5, but none between -5 and -15.

4 inches of snow it was meant to be, which unless it comes through the night, the weather people have got it wrong again... snowed a bit today, never settled though.

Highest
48C (about 60km south of Gabés - Tunisia)... One of the few places I've been where they have to cool the swimming pools

Lowest
-27C (Saariselkka - Finland).. That was a weird time.. The parents of murdered girl Sarah Payne were with us at the time, trying to get away from the incessant media hype in the UK.. It was just journos everywhere up there, like something out of a really tasteless documentary..

Damn only two days ago I was thinking of making this topic and then I forgot

Anywayzzzzzzzz....

My highest temperature: 51 Celsius in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was pretty darn humid that day too and I went out to play cricket even though my parents tried to talk me out of it

My lowest temperature: -31 Celsius in Toronto, Canada acouple of years back. With the wind chill added on, it felt like -45 celsius, the news told me. But I was well covered up and stuff
