Ok how many lessons did you have to go through before you past? And what was ur most embarrassing lesson ever or driving moment?

I hit my own letterbox while leaving on my first driving lesson. Whoopsies.

And my instructor farted in another lesson and I had difficulty avoiding laughing and complaining about the smell.

The first time i went for a drive was with my dad, and i was driving in my brothers car that had no power steering... well i always imagined that the car would be easy to steer and you dont have to do much... well i was wrong... at the end of my street there's a round-a-bout... well i went to turn left... and thinking that i didnt have to steer much i just sorta turned the wheel slightly and i was headed straight towards the sign on the traffic island... and i was too stupid to brake.... so my dad leant over and grabbed the wheel and yeanked it to the left, but went to far and i mounted the gutter.... after that we just went to an abondonned carpark until i learnt to master the steering wheel....

Once I thought the lane on the Auckland harbour bridge I wanted to be on was closed so I had to go on another one but then I noticed it was open and quickly changed in to it without looking or indicating

. That was in January 2003 and I haven't driven a car since because of it...planning to start again very soon though, hoping to have the test for my full licence in about a month.

My first ever lesson, we get to the end of my street and the instructor said turn left, and I turned right.

Did a similar thing in my first test aswell.
