    Magic of the Cup

Lets just say today was a fantastic day.

Had a city fan sat next to me today, and he left with 20 minutes to go

All the players were heroes, am looking forward to the highlights tonight

Well done to Exeter as well, shame they couldn't nick one.

Hoping for Chelsea in the next round

Fair play to Oldham & Exeter (& Yeovil, West Ham and any other giant killers I've missed).

Not a great day for the Manchester teams (although, of course, United aren't actually in Manchester anyway).

    - As featured in The Independent.

"as much a news event as an actual footballer, a worthy stop-start centre forward, but an all-time hyper-galactico when it comes to doing funny things with cars and hats, a player whose signing proves once again that the Premier League is still undoubtedly the best in the world when it comes to doing things with cars and hats."

Yeah, but I have this unfortunate condition that means I'm physically unable to let a chance to knock Man U pass by!

the cup isn't magic! Not at all!!

Or maybe this just means that Wigan are now one of the big teams that seem to lose cup ties to littler teams(eg. Derby)

A very entertaining third round.. I'm a bit gutted we came out second best against Everton, but it was a good match and we did ourselves no harm with a very dominantsecond half performance.. Pleased to see Gudjonnson net his first, but Everton were too good on the night

Got some real magic of the cup on the darts commentary from Tony Green,
"A great draw for Exeter City at Old Trafford. They've earned themselves a replay in Newcastle"

(I'm not even going to bother explaining why that's hilarious. If you know your football you'll know why)
