Soul Limbo - Booker T And The MGs (BBC cricket music, and associated with English cricket for 30 years or so)
Mambo Number Five - Lou Bega (Channel Four's answer to it)
I Don't Like Cricket - all sorts of people (UCS version is complete rubbish IMO)
All Right Now - Free
What A Feeling - Irene Cara
Sit Down - James
Everybody Get Up - 5ve
Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough - MJ
Smile To Shine - "Baz"
Wherever You Will Go - The Calling
They used Don't Look Back In Anger loads last year and I muted it every time - songs like that are too good for cricket even.

Now there was a cricket song released in the late 1980s and the video had cricketers in it along with animated animals.

Can anyone rejog my memory and tell me what it was - the genre was somewhat reggae.

I'm questioning whether Bewitched is suitable for a family forum (whistles)...

Given that it's first connotation was something other than cricket, no, it doesn't count.
Nor does Steps - Tragedy.

The classic cricket song (in this septured Isle anyway) still has to be "Soul Limbo" by Booker T & The MGs (AKA the theme tune to the BBC's "Test Match Special").

Another good one is "Deadlock Holiday" by 10cc, featuring the immortal chorus:

I say
I don't like cricket oh no
I love it
I don't like cricket no no
I love it

there's one by sean paul about the west indies. he seems to be a bit confused, however, as he is claiming that the west indies cricket team are the world champions.
