Whenever it comes to picking subjects, always stick with what you're good at and/or what you like. There's no point picking extremely hard subjects like physics to boost your score if you don't enjoy them and can't do them.

That's good advice but Physics isn't that hard, It's one of the most fun subjects to actually study IMO. I guess the problem lie with the fact that time has crept up a bit too quickly for my liking and I don't want to mess things up at the last moment due to under-preperation.
So, generally which subjects do you folks regard as most difficult to acquire an A in? For me, it would be English [A2] |

Well it's good that you find Physics enjoyable; that always makes a subject easier on some level. Different people find different things difficult, though. Some people are Maths people and others can outpaint Picasso (not me, I can't even write my own name legibly).

My best advice is to do subjects that you find interesting, as when they start to pick up difficulty, boring subjects will not hold your attention and you will struggle.
Do also check the prerequisites for degree programmes that interest you.

OK what are AS & A2, 23 years old and my A-levels are out of date already?
Anyway if you're good at and don't mind Maths then Physics is certainly worth doing with it as they will overlap a fair bit - usually on stuff like mechanics. |

Does 'Computing' still have like 9-10% of students getting an A-grade (compared with nearly 20% for Maths & Physics) these days and have naff all to do with computing? |

I've never gotten the point of A-level Drama, Music, Art etc. really. I did think it was ridiculous tho when I was at college the A-grade rate for computing was half of the A-grade rate for practically every other subject, that apart from the teacher repeatedly saying that if you do computing at degree level forget everything you were taught at A-level because it's mostly rubbish.
