Sorry to hear that Piper, Best thing to do is talk about it... talk about the good times and memories and believe they have gone to a better place...

    Thoughts are with you..

V sorry to hear that Pipes. Major p*sser.

Hard to know what to advise, cos people grieve in their own different ways.

Just hope they didn't suffer too much & didn't die at some unfairly young age.

"as much a news event as an actual footballer, a worthy stop-start centre forward, but an all-time hyper-galactico when it comes to doing funny things with cars and hats, a player whose signing proves once again that the Premier League is still undoubtedly the best in the world when it comes to doing things with cars and hats."

Very sorry to hear that Sam. I'd give the same advice as SupaFreak. It's better to open up emotionally on such ocassions, and crying is one of the ways to do so...

Well if you want to talk about it they should listen... if you want to be left to it, obviously, they should leave you to it.

Yeah same thing happened to me earlier this year when my friend died... I had heard that she had slipped into a coma and the next night I found out she died. It makes you ask yourself alot of questions. You become more aware of how short life is. After I heard the news I tried as best as I could to sleep that night but it was frustrating.... the next day I got sick... I mean really sick for 2 days I couldn't get off my bed... I know how it feels. It was one of the worst feelings in my life.
